Prior to founding Opus Management, Seema served as CFO of Terra Financial, providing financial management and operational support to real estate owners and operators across the United States. Seema’s eye for hidden value, coupled with her significant success in seamlessly integrating real estate financial and operational teams, has earned her respect throughout the industry.

A proactive problem solver with strong leadership skills and a team-building mindset, Laura works closely with onsite staff to ensure the efficiency and optimal performance of each property, including the marketing and leasing, upholding Opus’ signature high standards and guaranteeing tenant satisfaction. Laura earned a degree in marketing from Western Michigan University.
